Pricing

At Flexi Hub we charge £132.00 per week.

Fees are charged term time only and require a three day a week attendance on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.

This can be broken down into monthly payments on the 1st of each month.

The payments are spread over 11 months from 1st August until 1st June, leaving a break in July.

Our Terms and Conditions

New applicants will need to pay two weeks fees upfront, plus the first instalment of the monthly fee before joining. The two week advanced payment will be credited back by being deducted from the four week notice period before leaving.

The yearly amount will be divided over 11 equal monthly instalments. The instalments are due on the 1st of each month from 1st August until 1st June.

There will be an initial administration charge of £50 when joining. This is non-refundable.

Once registered at Flexi Hub we require commitment for the full term. Four week’s notice is required to withdraw a child before the term ends. Fees for the full term are due even if a child withdraws before the term finishes for any reason.

We will always endeavour to keep Flexi Hub activities running to our greatest ability, however in certain unforeseen circumstances, such as extreme weather or unavoidable staff sickness, we reserve the right to cancel sessions without issuing a refund to parents.

Parents should take note that we aim to run a ‘Sharing Day’ every term where children present and celebrate their work and achievements. This will fall on one of the weekly Flexi Hub activity days and will therefore replace certain activities on that day.

At Flexi Hub we value diversity and aim to support ALL children who want to attend. We will make as many adjustments as possible in the circumstance, however Flexi Hub reserves the right to refuse a space to a child if they feel that they cannot support the child’s needs properly.

Due to government legislation, we cannot accept children/young people with an EHCP (Education Health and Care Plan) who receive SEN funding.
